1. Booking and Reservation

1.1 Tour Package Reservation

  • Our tour packages are available daily for private tours unless otherwise specified.
  • Reserve your spot conveniently through various channels: our online booking form, Facebook page, Viber, WhatsApp, website chatbox, or a simple phone call.
  • All rates displayed on our website include applicable value-added tax and surcharges by Labyog Travel and Tours.
  • Rates are calculated based on the most affordable service for each inclusion, taking into account potential discounts mandated or available.
  • Prior arrangement is essential; we recommend booking at least one (1) day in advance for day tour packages (excluding Bohol, which requires a minimum of 2 days), contingent upon availability.
  • For down payments received after office hours, the booking is treated as a next-day reservation.
  • Secure your reservation with a required down payment of Fifty Percent (50%).
  • Receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during booking, confirming both payment receipt and reservation acknowledgment.
  • Enjoy discounts for Senior Citizens and/or Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) applicable to entrance fees only, excluding car rental rates when accompanied by adults and kids.

1.2 Hotel Reservation

  • Full payment is mandatory for all hotel reservations to secure the room before your arrival. Please note that our standard cancellation policy is still applicable.
  • Published hotel rates featured on our website are subject to specific terms and conditions. These rates may not be applicable during peak seasons.

2. Price Policy

  • All package rates are per person and are based on the rates known at the time of publication.
  • Labyog Travel and Tours follows a transparent “No Hidden Charge” policy, and all prices include value-added tax and surcharges.
  • Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice, and terms and conditions will be applicable.
  • Labyog Travel and Tours reserves the right to re-price or re-quote for any additional fees that may have been incurred.

3. Payment Options

  • To secure your reservation with Labyog Travel and Tours, a 100% payment of the total package is required. However, 80% of the actual payment is refundable or transferrable.

  • Your booking is considered confirmed upon the receipt of the down payment, and a confirmation email will be promptly sent. Ensure that the required payment is received within the specified period, as automatic cancellation may occur, and applicable cancellation charges may apply.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 2 days before the travel date will qualify for an 80% refund of the payment made.
  • Cancellations received less than 2 days or 48 hours before the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Labyog Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel confirmed tours in the event of natural phenomena or mandated government cancellations. In such cases, guests are entitled to a refund, excluding a 10% service charge, or they may opt to reschedule based on tour availability.
  • Tours may be canceled without refund if any member of the group is found physically unfit to continue during the tour.

5. No Refund Policy

  • No refunds for cancellations made by other group members, missed portions of trips due to flight issues, or if passengers are restricted by the Immigration Consulate after airport check-in.
  • No refunds for unused transportation, entrance fees, hotels, and tours.
  • Withdrawals from the tour after it has begun will not receive a refund. Supplier’s terms and conditions apply.
  • Refunds, when applicable, may take 30-40 business days, subject to the approval of the Finance Head.

6. No Sightseeing Policy

  • Whale shark watching or other activities may be canceled on the day of the tour due to unpredictable nature or inclement weather.
  • No refunds will be provided for used transportation charges, but boat fees and entrance fees that are not utilized will be refunded.

7. Revisions

  • A necessary penalty charge may apply per person for any revision to the confirmed reservation, unless the change increases the value of the booking.
  • Confirmed reservations are transferable or may be revised or adjusted to account for increases in entrance fees or meal fees.

8. Safety

  • Please be aware of potential risks and hazards during the tour, such as traveling in undeveloped areas, using various means of transportation, encountering forces of nature, facing political unrest, acts of lawlessness, or terrorism, and dealing with accidents or illness in remote regions.
  • While Labyog Travel and Tours will make every effort to implement adequate safety measures, you agree to hold us harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of care rendered.

9. Copyright

  • The content on labyogtravel.com is copyrighted and belongs to either Labyog Travel and Tours or the respective owner of the product. Any unauthorized copying of reserved works in any form is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Data collected on labyogtravel.com usually does not include personally identifiable information and will never be shared without your written consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
